You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

Keep your password and login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not assign or share your account credentials.

Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.

calanthado offers online courses, scenario-based workshops, and practical growth modules under the theme Awakening to Abundant Growth. Details of each service are provided on the course description pages.

We may add, modify, or remove features and content at our discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or site notices.

We aim to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur.

When participating in discussions, workshops, or forums, you agree to the following rules:

• Respectful communication: avoid harassment, abusive language, or hate speech.
• No illegal activities: do not encourage or engage in unlawful actions.
• No spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Protect privacy: do not share personal data of others without consent.

Users may post text, images, or other materials (‘User Content’) in forums, comment sections, and workshops.

You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant calanthado a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for promotional and educational purposes.

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your User Content.

We may remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

All content, activity, logos, and materials on calanthado.digital are owned or licensed by calanthado.

• Do not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
• Do not create derivative works from our materials for commercial use.
• Do not remove or alter copyright notices.

Certain courses and coaching programs require payment as described on the purchase page.

All fees are listed in the checkout interface before you complete a purchase.

Payment must be made via the methods available at checkout, such as credit card or PayPal.

Subscription services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused services, subject to review of case examples.

You may cancel paid subscriptions at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Applicable taxes will be calculated and added to the payment amount at checkout.

calanthado may adjust pricing for renewals; you will be notified at least 30 days before any change.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid services.

All materials provided by calanthado are for educational purposes and based on practical case studies. Individual outcomes may vary based on personal effort and external factors.

calanthado is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

We may integrate or link to third-party tools and services. Use of such tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access if you violate these terms or for any other reason with notice.

Upon termination, your right to use services ends immediately. Content or data stored may be deleted.

Your use of calanthado services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

By registering, you consent to receive administrative and promotional communications via email or SMS.

We may revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new ‘Effective Date’ and, where required, notified via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if unresolved, in the courts of Thailand.
